This toy is perfect. It's self contained so the only loose pieces are the 2 trains. Set up is a matter of attaching a piece of track to the side. It's so much fun. You push, pull and turn the levers to keep the train moving. My grandson is 3 and we played with it for quite a while. It's very portable. I can't say enough about this toy It is a great idea.
Great value for what it is. Helps teach kids that there is a reaction to pushing buttons, pulling levers, and so on. My toddlers love playing with it. It must stay on a level surface for the parts/cars to move smoothly.
It keeps my boys preoccupied. Would buy again if discounted!!
Great toy! It combined my 4 year olds favorite things, trains and dinos. No batteries needed. I liked how he has to match the color track to the color lever to make the train go. As an added bonus it helps with his hand strength and fine motor skills that his OT said he needed to work on.
